Navigate the thrilling world of transactional accounting and financial reporting for the Real Estate portfolio.Prepare, record, analyse, and maintain lease accounting transactions, ensuring integrity and accuracy.Conduct account reconciliations and adjustments as necessary.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate efficient query resolution.Ensure adherence to quarterly timetables for client portfolios and regular charges.Perform general accounting activities, including ledger accounts and financial statements preparation and reconciliation. ? Required Magical Skills & Qualifications:
Be a financial expert for balance sheet reconciliations and journal postings.Excel proficient,whose pivot tables and VLOOKUPs dazzle and amaze.A communication charmer who can turn complex financial lingo into enchanting tales.A customer service champion with a heart of gold and a commitment to excellence. ?
