The business pride themselves on being agile and a disruptor within the sectors they operate in and are on course to grow significantly on the back of major program wins. They are looking to bolster the calibre of the finance function by recruiting a Finance Controller to lead the reporting for the UK division. Managing a small team, they will have responsibility for the monthly and annual reporting, provide insight into performance by partnering with operations and also own the budgeting and forecasting process. In additional they would like the controller to identify and lead process improvement projects across wider the finance function. To be considered for the you will need to be technically excellent, ideally have experience of working in a project led business and be confident communicator and manager.
