They are embarking on significant S/4 Hana deployment for Finance, and they are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead Finance control and governance workstreams within this transformative program.Responsibilities within a Workstream: Oversee Finance control and governance, including:Risk IdentificationControl ObjectivesDesignSecurity DesignUser Role MappingSOD MatrixControls ScorecardSecurity Strategy & DesignCollaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define clear project scopes.Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, managing timelines and budgets effectively.Coordinate resources, both internal staff and external contractors, to ensure smooth project execution.Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables while maintaining high-quality standards within budgetary constraints.Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.Keep stakeholders, including the executive team, informed with regular project status updates.Foster productive collaboration through facilitation of team meetings and effective communication channels.Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, risk assessments, and progress reports.Contribute to solution design and other workstream activities as needed.Requirements:Demonstrated experience in managing ERP or systems implementation projects.Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.Strong project management skills, including planning, resource management, and risk assessment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.Collaborative team player with the capacity to foster teamwork and cohesion.Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project or JIRA.
