Job DescriptionProvide financial insight and strategic support to the industrial / manufacturing team.Drive performance and aid decision making through detailed financial analysis.Monitor and report on financial performance indicators.Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies.Ensure financial procedures and controls are maintained and adhered to.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.Conduct financial risk assessments. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have:A professional qualification in Accounting & Finance.Proven experience in a similar finance role within the industrial / manufacturing sector.Exceptional analytical skills and a strategic mind-set.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
