Over a century in the making, we are a global leader in the industry and always take centre stage.The RoleAs our Finance Business Partner, you will be the key Finance point person for business unit strategic programmes at PRS and will be part of our Strategic Finance team.You will take taking responsibility for the development, management and coordination of the financial element of business cases, programme budget/forecasts, financial reports and assuring that programme benefits are delivered.The successful candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills (to board level) and have significant Finance Business Partnering experience gained in a commercial setting. In addition, it is essential the successful applicant has previously worked in a structured corporate environment with solid processes and procedures.The Strategic Finance team are responsible for working closely with the PRS Strategy team to produce market analysis and financial modelling for new initiatives, as well as partnering with our Joint Ventures and Partnerships for financial reporting. Additionally, we lead Finance transformation initiatives and provide finance business partnering across PRS strategic projects and programmes.Salary c £60,000pa plus bonus opportunity and excellent benefits.ResponsibilitiesAs our Finance Business Partner, some of your day to day duties will include:Providing full financial business support to strategic programmes and their constituent projects - catering for needs of both Strategic programme sponsors and the Finance function of PRS for Music.Preparing and updating the business cases for constituent projects within a strategic programme, as well as the programme as a whole.Supporting the Programme Director with central project & programme financial reporting and preparing management reports.Supporting the Senior Finance Business Partner with the production of the monthly financial view of the portfolio of projects and programmes for the Portfolio Board.For a full list of duties, please email the recruitment team and request a copy of the job description.About youAt PRS for Music, we want you to bring the best version of yourself to work every day.
