Finance Business Partner | £350-£450 per day (inside IR35) | 6 month initially| London | HybridJoin an Esteemed Energy Company as a Finance Business PartnerMorson are partnering with a leading Energy company looking to bring in a Finance Business Partner for a period of 6 months initially.While this is a 6 month interim role initially, there is an excellent chance for the role to be extended or possibly become permanent for the right person.The role:As the Finance Business Partner, you will work alongside the Senior Business Partner and provide managers with insightful financial and performance analysis and ensures that finance processes and performance indicators are adhered to and delivered efficiently.The Finance Business Partner will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders within the company, including those up to Director level, to ensure a comprehensive grasp of the area's financial performance and forecasts, proactively identifying and communicating potential risks. They will aim to optimise financial outcomes, challenging where necessary to enhance efficiency and providing proactive insights to drive business decisions and performance.You will keep key stakeholders such as the Customers Executive Team, Heads of Departments, and other Senior Managers up to date monthly through the completion of month-end financial processes, with risks and opportunities affecting our Medium-Term Plan highlighted.The primary financial focus of the role will be on Operating Costs and Capex, with potential extension to Cash and/or Gross Margin considerations.This role is to work alongside the senior analyst in charge of reporting gross margin for the supply of energy to medium and large organisations in the UK.
