This is the perfect opportunity for a driven and qualified finance professional looking to join a collaborative and supportive team, as you will have sole responsibility over several divisions and drive the financial goals of the trust forwards.The key responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role include:Provide value support to a variety of internal stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and budget holders, by answering queries, discussing expenditure and reviewing budgetsHaving line management responsibilities of a small team, taking accountability for their output and development, and driving improvements across the boardProducing reports at month end for independent areas and directors across the business to ensure full financial literacy across the organisationIdentifying cost-saving opportunities and providing information to the senior management team, influencing their expenditure and allocating funds appropriatelyProviding value support to external Auditors during the year-end process by being a key point of contact to answer division-related queriesThis opportunity is offering hybrid working near Sussex and will give the successful candidate he opportunity to travel to many of the fantastic offices in the area!
