About The RoleSBFM are one of the UK's fastest growing Soft FM service providers to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join our team.The main purpose of the Finance Business Partner will be to support the business unit, by providing best in class business partnering, to the Operations team. Providing MI (including budgets and forecasts) and enabling decision making through financial analysis and insight. You will be part of a team developing the business's MI reporting suite and producing the business's annual financial budget & forecasts.The role will involve:Financial analysisConducting in-depth financial analysis to provide contract insight & support operational decision-makingUnderstanding of contracts being billed including revenue & cost drivers to bridge Margin performanceRevenue reporting ensuring accurate & maximised billing is reflectedCost reporting through analysis of payroll & consumables with detailed understanding of variances to budgetBusiness PartneringWorking with Operational leads to ensure understanding of margin erosion where applicable and support in any remedial strategiesForecasting any additional revenues and marginsBusiness cases for additional spend and tracking performance to budgetCollate and track risks and opportunities to client forecastsManagement Information to deadlinesClient/site P&Ls with variance reporting highlighting risks & opportunities to profitabilitySupporting leadership to understand margins & profitability for all clients and sites within BUEstablishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and developing reporting suite through utilisation of Power BIYou will be able to demonstrate:At least 2+ years' experience in a financial analysis/management accounting roleQualified/Part Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) or QBEHighly skilled in Excel functionality & Power BiAble to manage numerous ContractsExcellent attention to detailAnalytical skills to aid in the review of dataAble to work to tight and strict deadlinesAmbitious and enthusiastic towards both your career and projectsAbility to challenge positively and debate confidently.Ability to work openly and collaboratively at all levelsThe successful candidate will receive:25 days holiday plus bank holidaysModern office environmentFree onsite parkingEmployee Assistance ProgrammePension SchemeInternal mentoring schemeFree Gym Sessions - Wellness InitiativeRegular company eventsRetail, Leisure and Healthcare BenefitsAbout YouAbout UsNot Specified
