Work for us and you’ll go home knowing that you’ve made a difference.What will you receive?Annual salary up to £60,000Industry-leading trainingEmployee Assistance Program – free 24/7 confidential helpline (domestic, financial, legal, health support, etc.)‘Recognise Me’, our new staff benefits, wellbeing and recognition platformFree on-site parkingFriendly and supportive work environmentDeath in serviceIris Care Group also offers a ‘refer a friend’ scheme: where you could earn as much as £#####* for every new staff member you successfully introduce.Role ResponsibilitiesMain DutiesBusiness PartneringTo act as a key interface between Finance and the services of Iris Care Group.Develop and maintain accurate knowledge and understanding of the key revenue and cost drivers throughout the businessSupport the business by responding to queries in a timely and accurate manner whilst maintaining professionalism at all times.Responsible for shaping and delivering the business partnering functionBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders throughout the business and become a trusted advisor to the services.Understand your audience and deliver information in a clear and user-friendly mannerPlanning, Budgeting & ForecastingCreate and maintain the annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts of the group.Liaise with operational managers to ensure targets are fully understood and agreed to.Responsible for P&L, balance sheet and cashflow forecasting, ensuring bank covenant targets are exceeded at all times.Prepare forecasting models to evaluate and provide insight on financial impact of new initiatives, investments and business opportunities.Business PerformanceIdentify trends in performance and highlight to management potential issues and risks before they happen.Prepare variance analysis of actuals to budget and run rates and provide recommendations to management in response to variances and their causes.Provide insight through meaningful commentary to explain business performance and guide decision makers to commercial outcomes.ReportingProduction of regular management information for Board, Senior Management Team, Investors and external stakeholders.Production of ad-hoc information as required to support the business and FP&A Team.General ResponsibilitiesDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality and timeliness of financial reporting and analysis.Role RequirementsQualified accountantExperience of budgeting and forecastingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsHighly developed analytical and skillsStrong multitasking skills and ability to work well under pressureProficient in MS Office (particularly Excel)Public sector finance (public sector approach to budgets and categories of spending)Experience of the Adult Social Care industryStrong knowledge of accounting principles and practicesComplete your details and attach your CV and an optional Covering Letter.
