The output: Improved client performance from engaging consumers with brand ideas better, faster and more cost effectively, across every step of the journey that a brand takes to market.Purpose of the roleTo be a partner to our Client Partners (CP) providing financial support for forecasting, monthly reporting on actuals, annual budgeting activities as well as ad hoc requests. The role will also help the CP to spot trends and suggest strategic improvements for client accounts.As Finance Business Partner, you will be a key member of the Finance Team, working closely with internal stakeholders to achieve their targets.This Position will interface with the EMEA business region, and report into the Finance Manager . Partnering with Client Partners and their specific clientsProvide commercial analysis for the Client Partner Teams and their respective Clients Manage forecasting and budgeting for a number of specific clients to enable EMEA consolidation Utilise live data tracking to highlight any risks to forecast / budget submissions so management can make informed decisions on costs Intermediary between group finance and front officeChallenge stakeholders on their costs and advise strategic options to help reduce costs in these areas Maintain accruals and prepayment schedules for monthly reporting and year end auditYou will business partner to drive performance in order to deliver on budgetsProvide clear commentary each month for variance to budget and/or forecastYou will need to present monthly analysis on WD3 for Financial Controller to review Support Audit team with requests annually and interim Work as part of a team to create a positive, supportive culture amongst finance as well as with rest of business, this is key to the team’s successSkills, knowledge, experience and exposure At

Proactive and supportive, and able to build strong working relationships and the drive to get things doneRole Requirements Hybrid working offered, 2-3 days in the office per week, we can consider candidates in London or Bristol.
