We are a specialist Contract Electronics Manufacturer, serving world-class customers in high-reliability industries by providing a complete set of electronics design and manufacturing solutions in both printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) and full box-build manufacturing.We are now looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hardworking individual to join a busy and fast-paced team.As Finance Business Partner you will provide timely month end accounting and management information for STI UK (Hook, Hampshire & Poynton, Cheshire).Some of the main responsibilities include:Responsible for business planning, budgeting and forecasting inputs from the business.Development of operational and financial KPIs including challenging performance of the business against these.Develop commercial models and reports relevant to improving BI across the business.Responsible for driving the sales and operational performance and forecast of the sales order book and pipeline.Driving the financial performance and ensuring reporting and MI is presented to the business and management team including business commentary.Providing analysis on all aspects of sales, gross margin and profitability.Provide the business with meaningful decision support through analysis and insight.Ensuring that meaningful and accurate variance analysis is delivered to better understand the performance and cost base of the business.Working with the operations and production to understand productivity of the shop floor and justify investment in machinery and facilities as required.Ensure all financial models accurately reflect how costs are incurred within the business.Lead the business in continually refining calculations and assumptions to ensure decisions are made based on accurate information.Partner ERP deployments and changes, including operational process mapping.Assisting the senior team, FC, CEO & CFO on adhoc projects.Requirements for the role include:Finalist or Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent desiredExperience in a similar roleExcellent Excel and ERP skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and credibleHigh attention to detail and accuracyFlexible and proactive approachAble to respond to changes in demand and meet tight deadlinesAble to mentor othersStrong planning, prioritising and time management skillsWe offer 23 days holiday (plus Bank Holidays & Flex Days), early finish on a Friday, Flexible working opportunities, Company Pension Scheme, Health Cash Back Scheme, a range of discounts and excellent training and development opportunities.
