Job DescriptionCollaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Manage financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards.Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process.Participate in cross-functional project teams to support business growth.Ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to key stakeholders.Support the development and implementation of financial systems and processes. The Successful ApplicantA degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.Experience in financial planning and analysis within the FMCG industry is preferable.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
