As a key member of the senior finance team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing profitability. You'll serve as the bridge between business strategy, operations and financial outcomes, bringing forth your expertise, leadership, and drive to guide our company towards continued success.Key Responsibilities:Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis, leveraging data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, presenting monthly business and financial performance to the Managing Director and senior management team.Cost Management: Lead efforts in optimising costs while maintaining quality and safety standards. Develop and propose improvement plans across the business, utilizing an inclusive leadership style to foster collaboration and innovation.Profitability Enhancement: Champion a winning mindset, challenging the status quo to continually raise the bar in driving revenue growth and profitability. Provide strategic decision-making support by delivering performance analysis and proposing medium to long-term strategic initiatives.Strategic Planning: Responsible for the advising and supporting management on short-term forecasts, business development initiatives, and operational delivery. Develop and present proposals for the medium to long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives. Collaborate closely with support functions to optimise accounting, financial, and procurement activities, ensuring processes and reporting are tailored to support the company's growth trajectory.Communication and Stakeholder Management: Utilise strong communication and storytelling skills to effectively convey financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
