Finance Business Partner

Red Rock Partnership Limited are delighted to be working with our prestigious client on the outskirts Lincoln who are looking for Finance Business Partner to join their busy team.About The Role:As a Finance Business Partner, you'll have a key role in managing various financial responsibilities that are essential to the success of the company's operations. RRPL are looking for someone who has a passion for finance, with strong analytical skills and excellent communications abilities. Your proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and effective communication with senior leaders will contribute to the financial success of the company's business units.Roles and Responsibilities:
* Delivering weekly figures to ensure insight into financial performance for the business.
* Executing critical financial activities at month and year- end to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
* Providing financial support to daily operations, ensuring financial efficiency and effectiveness.
* Generating monthly prices to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
* Taking ownership of the New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) costing process for the business units.
* Collaborating on tenders to secure new business opportunities.
* Managing and contributing to the ongoing live forecasting process to enhance strategic decision-making.
* Playing a vital role in the annual budgeting process for the business units.
* General ledger account postings (accruals, prepayments)
* Stock management and balance sheet reconciliations
* Support on annual audit at year end
* Monthly generation of prices to support open book relationship with key customers
* Work alongside the Commercial and Planning departments to build assumptions to include within the tender costings.
* Create and communicate financial business case models to highlight tender impacts to the business.
* Completion of rolling live forecast.
* Produce and review forecasts regularly, challenging and highlighting any variances.About you:
* Professional finance qualification
* Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner role
* Excellent attention to detail, highly numerate and able to hit tight deadlines.
* Proficient in Navision/Excel
* Able to manage own workload, time and prioritise.
* Ability to use own initiative.
* Written and verbal communication
* Commitment to the delivery of high standards of service
* Proven ability in organising.
* Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
