They provide services and guidance to the community and the surrounding area. They take great pride in their working environment and put people at the heart of everything they do.Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities of a Finance Business Partner include, but may not be limited to:Providing reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, and other transnational processes in the month end process.Acting as a first point of contact for procurement, finance and internal control issues within the department.Detailing variance analysis, examining budgets, and ensuring financial forecasts are questionedSupporting budget holders with guidance and training, and providing insight into anticipated internal controlsDiscovering opportunities for budget efficiencyEnsuring value for money in all costsCompleting monthly balance sheet reconciliationsExperience of preparation of accounts receivable invoices and recording income and aged debtThe Successful ApplicantThe successful a Finance Business Partner should possess:Not For Profit and Charities background/ experience.AAT Qualification/ Degree equivalent or relevant experience.Experience maintaining reconciliations and variance analysisExceptional IT skillsThe ability to form and maintain positive relationships with a wide spectrum of people.Proven experience within a similar role.Ability to commute to Salford.What's on OfferOn offer to the candidate:Excellent hourly rate between £21.00 - £24.50.12-month temporary contract with possibility of extension.
