Finance Business Partner - FMCG Location: Leeds Salary: £65,000 + Fantastic Bonus & Benefits - Flex Working
Elevation Senior Finance is currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on behalf of an Innovative fast paced FMCG business in Leeds.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of deciding the company's direction by providing key commercial and decision support to the business, and offers regular opportunities for board-level presentation and communication with the Executive Directors and senior management team.
This will be a varied and fast-paced job role that will require you to manage a busy workload and prioritise to ensure deadlines are met.
Job Highlights:Key business partner for the sales and marketing teamsProvide reporting to support understanding of business performance and make recommendations for driving margin improvement and investment decisions, profitability, customer deductions, price corridor and marketing spendInvolvement in the budget pack and business review submissions for both Sales & Marketing Preparation of the sales and marketing forecastTrade Spend management and control - Contribute to the development of systems, processes and reporting to drive forward the team's support to both Sales, Marketing and OperationsLeading on promotional reporting and evaluation, providing insight on promotional performance, target delivery, and marginsElevation Accountancy & Finance would be keen to speak with candidates with the following skills and experiences:CIMA, ACCA OR ACA QualifiedRecent relevant experience ideally in FMCG or RetailStakeholder management and influencingCommercial and operational decision supportStrong IT skills, including advanced ExcelElevation Accountancy & Finance is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment focusing on the recruitment of talented Accountancy and Finance professionals across all levels, from Ledger Clerks through to Financial Directors in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
