Finance Business Partner

Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team and work closely with our business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and be able to translate financial data into actionable insights. The Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Director of Finance.Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial forecasts and budgets Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast Provide financial analysis and insights for new business initiatives Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures Support the annual financial audit processWhat You Need to Succeed3+ years' experience as a fully qualified accountant with either ACA/CIMA or ACCA qualifications
Be proficient in SAP and BI reporting
Be able to demonstrate a high competence in Excel having carried out a role with high levels of data handling and manipulation.
Has an exceptionally high attention to detail, and demonstrates logical and analytical reasoning.
Be flexible to a business demand, and process orientated.
Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels with the ability to be able to explain financials to a non-finance audience
Excellent organisational skills, can plan, organise, and prioritise work activity and avoids duplication of effort.Our Offer to You International career development opportunities
