Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team and work closely with our business leaders to provide financial insights and analysis. The ideal candidate should have strong business acumen and be able to translate financial data into actionable insights. The Finance Business Partner will report directly to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities include:
Collaborate with business leaders to develop financial forecasts and budgets
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management
Monitor and report on financial performance against budget and forecast
Provide financial analysis and insights for new business initiatives
Assist with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
Support the annual financial audit process
