JOB TITLE: Finance Business Partner
LOCATION: Bristol (hybrid)
SALARY & BENEFITS: £45,000-£55,000
HOURS: Full time
White Horse Employment is partnering with a national retailer based in Bristol, supporting their search for a Finance Business Partner.
You will be reporting directly into an experienced and forward-thinking FP&A Manager, who you will deputise for.
The majority of the role will be focused around:
Building and maintaining relationships within the wider business
Creating and monitoring of business KPIs
Budgeting and forecasting
Providing regular commentary and analysis to support strategic decisions
Regular process improvement
Ideally, you will be a fully qualified management accountant with a passion for building relationships with non-finance colleagues. This role lends itself perfectly to someone who is looking to join a dynamic organisation where they can develop their people management skills.
