Finance Business Partner

CY are working exclusively with an established and progressive company to secure the skills of an experienced and qualified Finance Business Partner to join their team.�

Reporting to the Finance Director, the new Finance Business Partner will play a key role, leading an energetic team within the Group and partnering with Senior Stakeholders who have exciting future growth plans.

Role will involve:

• Ensure the finance function and multi-skilled team and working efficiently and effectively and provide support where needed.�


• Lead the group management accounting function, preparation through to review and providing an operationally facing business partnering service.


• Draft P&L preparation and summery reports.�


• Stock reconciliation and reporting.


• Take an active lead in Group Audit Requirements�


• Assist with budget preparation & cash flow forecast


• Monitor and improve financial systems and processes as required.�


• Support the Finance Director with the implementation of strategic projects and growth plans.

Working closely with the Finance Director, this is a progressive and wide-ranging role for an ambitious individual.�

Would suit a fully qualified or finalist ACA/CIMA/ACCA with the relevant experience.�

Manufacturing and Group Accounting experience highly desirable along with a positive, proactive attitude.�

Role is based near Worcester and will offer Hybrid working after a settling in period.�
