The business are looking for a Finance Business Partner / Management accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. They offer 3 days office working and 2 days from home as well as the opportunity of study support and progression.
Job DescriptionProviding financial guidance to drive business performance.Developing and implementing financial strategies.Liaising with stakeholders to provide financial insights.Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and efficiency improvements.Supporting the development of junior team members.Collaborating with other departments to achieve business objectives. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have:Part Qual and studying ACCA / CIMA Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make strategic decisions.
