Job title: E&I Finance Business PartnerLocation: Warton/Samlesbury – We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements – please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular roleSalary: £61,110+ (depending on skills and experience)What you’ll be doing:Lead the team to deliver superior business performanceProvide financial insight and proposed actions to improve the underlying financial performancePartnering with the business to identify ways to maximise Return on SalesIntegrate within Bid teams to become a trusted Business PartnerUnderstand the broader economic climate and how it may impact the future profitability of bids and existing businessEnsure there is focus on maximising operating cashflowsWork across the different elements of our Finance teams to optimise performanceDriving process improvements, with particular focus on accuracy of inputs and delivery of cost opportunitiesYour skills and experiences:Must be CIMA, ACA or ACCA Qualified (Part qualified candidates will not be considered nor will AAT Qualified candidates)Preferably has experience as a Finance Business Partner engaging with non-Finance staff and providing decision support to stakeholders – demonstrating business acumenExperience of people management and development preferableEvidence of a true financial partner in the business with the ability to work with cross functional stake holdersSomeone who can adapt to change quickly and be an ambassador for the functionBID experience not essential but advantageousExperience in presenting to various stakeholdersYou’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. You will work alongside Operations, CAMs, Procurement, Commercial, Project Management, and Finance; therefore, your ability to work cross-functionally is vital. You will need to exhibit high levels of business acumen to ensure you add value to the function and BAE Systems as a whole.
