Finance Business Partner

The Role:Reporting to Head of Finance, your role as a Business Partner will be to act as financial lead for your designated business areas. Supporting department directors and managers by providing financial insight through analysis of accounts and industry knowledge. You will be a visible part of the business units, contributing and supporting in the day to day running financially, from both a strategic and operational perspective, You will use this information to engage with multiple stakeholders and provide input into business strategy whilst mitigating potential risks.Our Successful Candidate:Recognised finance and/or accounting qualification – ACCA, ACA or equivalentProven experience in a commercial finance position and within a business partnering roleExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of tailoring your presentation of information to your audienceSolution driven, capable of contributing to business planning through sound financial understanding, analysis and adviceCapable of working autonomously where required, as well as being able to collaborate in a team environmentTravel to other business sites will be required, so a full UK driving licence is essential to meet the criteria of the rolePlease contact Kate Edwards at Pure to discuss in confidence.
