This is a permanent role based in Manchester. As the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with the senior leadership team, accurately report on business results, providing strategic financial guidance & insightful analysis.Key Responsibilities Preparation/review of the company budget, forecast and 3-year plan processesReview financial results and provide detailed sales and margin variance analysis vs budget/forecasts identifying factors contributing to movement in marginBusiness partnering with the wider business, supporting commercial decision makingProvide data driven insights to identify margin improvement opportunities through customer and product analysisProvide insight and development of the accounts - drawing insight from data, helping the account teams understand the drivers of performanceAd-hoc reporting to support commercial finance, account teams and the wider businessWhat are we looking for?Qualified AccountantProven experience as a commercial analyst/accountantStrong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insightsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BIAdvanced proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting and budgetingExceptional leadership and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate financial information to non financial stakeholdersA track record of driving process improvements and optimizing financial performanceSalary up to £55k + Benefits.Please contact James Westwood for more information today.
