Finance Business Partner - Stainton Le Vale

I am really excited to be exclusively partnered and working with this renowned and privately owned family organisation that has a mixed portfolio of land, property, farming and rural enterprises who also share our value of integrity in all that they do.
Handed down over generations this is a new role supporting the rural estates In Lincolnshire and Berkshire. In this position you will work closely with the Farms Director across all the commercial and operations of the estates, fully immersed in their financials.
Monthly management reporting and development.
Budget maintenance and performance reporting
Capital investment appraisal and monitoring of previous investments.
Project work as required.
As part of the rural management team, you will be a key player, challenging business assumptions and contributing to the bottom-line profitability of the estates. Your ability to build relationships is paramount, as you will work closely with both the Farms Director and the wider finance team locatedin the company's central office in London.
You will be a qualified accountant, with excellent interpersonal skills, able to work on your own initiative who wants to be part of something special that will be handed onto the next generation of family and is a part of our British Heritage.
