So be yourself, whoever you are, and let's achieve amazing things together.Job summary - What to expect:As the Finance Business Partner of our Global Key Accounts Team you will be responsible for effectively managing a number of departments, with annual turnover of over $23m. The role will be tasked with ensuring accurate and reliable forecasts and commercial insights are provided, key projects are supported and delivered ensuring compliance with finance policies and controls and ownership of the global price lists.Provide best-in-class financial analysis to the Finance Director NE & GKA and Global Key Accounts (GKA) Leadership Team.Full ownership of the European Online Accounts (EOA), European International Accounts (EIA) and Pan European Key Accounts (PEKA) P&Ls, including preparation of budget and quarterly forecasts, presenting the financial performance with explanations of customer, channel, product and market drivers.Develop customer P&L's in order to provide detailed insight into supply chain costs, partnering closely with EMEA Distribution and Commercial FP&A teams. Provide insight to the commercial LT to support decision making on efficient supply.Ownership of the global customer pricelists for our largest global partners.Support GKA leadership and legal team in contract activity.Provide finance oversight of the customer consolidated warehouses, ensuring compliance with all corporate accounting policies and internal control procedures.Maintain oversight and provide regular reporting of cash flows relating to GKA including contract rebates and payments, marketing support and invoices etc.Responsibility for ensuring appropriate control frameworks are in place surrounding contract rebates.Provide financial analysis and support to projects that support management decision-making, such as sales and margin analysis, cost containment, working capital improvement, return on investment, cash flow analysis etc.A full job description is available upon request.About you:We are looking for someone who is self sufficient and who can use their own initiative.Experience & Education:RequiredExceptional financial and data analysis skillsStrong financial backgroundAbility to work with the Country and Functional teams at all levelsSelf-motivated to achieve deadlinesAttention to detailAbility to work past a problem on own initiativeDesire to seek best practice and drive reporting improvementsA high level of computer literacy, especially in the use of integrated financial systems, spreadsheets, databases, word processing and PowerPoint.PreferredQualified Accountant (ACCA/ CIMA)Likely to have +5 years PQEWhat we offer:You'll receive competitive compensation and a fantastic benefits package including; private medical, 25 days holiday, pension scheme, healthcare cover, life assurance, access to our Wellness Platform to support you in mental health and wellbeing, a discounted contact lens scheme and much more!We are committed to our employees' personal and professional development and offer extensive training to support your career growth and help every individual to reach their full potential.
