About the role:
We are looking to expand the tribe and bring in a new Finance Assistant to support our growth and continue the Two Tribes journey.
You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day financial operations at Two Tribes, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. Our ideal fit will have excellent communication, planning and organisational skills, a flexible ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work confidently without day-to-day supervision & to deadlines.
At a glance:
Starting June/July, with hybrid working an option (our office is in Kings Cross)
Option for compressed or pro-rata hours.
Experienced-based salary between £25,000 - £30,000
The opportunity to join one of London’s fasting growing breweries and get involved in multiple community, arts, music and hospitality initiatives.
Core Responsibilities:
Regular bank reconciliations.
Processing of supplier invoices for payment through the financial system and preparation of payment runs.
Management of the credit control process.
Reconciliation of the invoice financing facility.
Regular supplier and customer account reconciliations.
Preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
Management of the weekly and monthly payroll processes.
Oversight of the processing of staff expenses.
Intercompany journals and reconciliations.
Reconciliation of Amazon and Shopify accounts.
Assisting with Balance Sheet reconciliations where required.
Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
Assisting in the management of the annual audit process.
Setting up of new Sales ledger accounts on the order system.
Ad hoc projects and tasks as required the finance and wider team.
