This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic, experienced, positive and flexible Finance Assistant to be part of the Finance team at the DoubleTree by Hilton London Ealing Hotel.
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Assistant with purchase ledger & credit control experience. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working within a team of 3, this is a great opportunity to further develop your skills with the potential of becoming an Assistant Financial Controller in the future.
What are we looking for?
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
Relevant degree, in Finance or related business discipline, from an academic institution
Previous experience in a similar role
Organisation, planning skills and the ability to prioritise
Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation and influencing skills
The willingness to coach and train others
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Knowledge of commercial business, especially as it relates to hotel management
Previous experience in the hospitality industry
Experience with the OnQ system
