Finance Assistant

Siamo Recruitment are currently looking for a Finance Assistant to join a team in Denbighshire. This role is permanent and on a full time basis.  Reporting directly to the Financial Controller.

Salary - £28,000

Working hours - 8:30am to 5pm Monday – Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm Friday.

Role
· Bank and invoice finance reconciliations
· Debtor control
· Process purchase invoices
· Raise purchase orders
· Supplier statement reconciliations
· Processes sales orders
· Raise sales invoices
· Assist with management accounts
· Assist with VAT returns
· Posting journals
· Assist with meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly deadlines
· Liaising with customers and suppliers via phone and email
· Generating ad-hoc customer and supplier reports

Qualifications & experience
· AAT Qualified or equivalent (Part-Qualified candidates will also be considered)
· Relevant Bookkeeping or Accounts experience
· Sage line 50 experience
· Good Excel skills
