Contract position 9 months

Inspire Resourcing are recruiting for a finance assistant to cover a 9 month maternity contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with finance experience who is looking to within a friendly accounts team for 4 days a week on a 9 month contract.

Duties to include:

• Raise daily sales invoices


• Upload sales invoices to customer portals


• Raise proforma invoices


• Credit control


• Post and allocate customer receipts daily


• Perform credit checks


• Reconcile and manage deposits/proforma account


• Assist in other ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required


• Provide cover for other finance staff as required

To apply for this role you will need:

• To be available for 31 hours a week for the full 9 month contract


• Previous accounts experience


• SAP experience is desirable


• Strong Excel skills
