Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant required for a busy construction company within their head office based by Heathrow Airport.
The ideal candidate for this Finance Assistant role will have extensive experience in finance, working with SAGE and Excel closely, and be familiar with working in a large accounts team with a busy day to day program. This Finance Assistant role is ideally suited to a long term freelance candidate as we are looking for someone to start asap, however we would consider a candidate who was wanting a temp to permanent role - starting on a freelance basis and moving to a permanent role after 3-6 months.
The Finance Assistant role will entail:
Working closely with SAGE and Excel programs Preparing invoices for payment
Compiling management accounts for the management team Any other financial duties within the finance team
The ideal candidate for the Finance Assistant role will have:
Strong experience in a similar role working as a Finance Assistant or similar Excellent experience with SAGE Excellent experience with Microsoft Excel Local residence to Heathrow/Hounslow area Availability to start on 15th or 22nd April
