About Our Client A well established Midhurst based business are looking to recruit a full time permanent Finance Assistant.
Job Description As Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:Supplier procedure from procurement to paymentProduction of weekly supplier payment run, including expenses/credit cardMonthly VAT returnProcess of customer receipts, aspects of credit control and invoice financeBank reconciliations and maintenance of cashflowProcessing weekly and monthly payroll including P32 paymentsStock management informationMonth end preparation, reporting and analysis The Successful ApplicantThis role is full time and based in office 5 days a week in MidhurstStandard hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm (potential for slight change to hours ie: 09.30-17.30 or 08.30-16.30)AAT qualification or equivalentPayroll experience is desirable Knowledge of SageExcel - Formulas, Pivot Tables What's on Offer £24-25,000
