  • Salary - £24,000 - £26,000 (Depending experience)

Overview of the role:

I have partnered with a leading metal company who are looking for a dedicated and detail-orientated Finance Assistant to join their dynamic accounts team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Processing of Stock Invoices: Efficiently handle stock invoices and match them against purchase orders.
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations: Ensure accurate reconciliation of supplier statements.
  • Managing Payment Runs: Play a crucial role in managing payment processes.
  • Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to the finance department.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to maintain smooth financial operations.

Requirements:


  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision.
  • Team Player: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Prior experience in finance or administration is advantageous, but not mandatory. We offer comprehensive training for the right candidate.
