Finance Assistant

This is a great opportunity for a finance assistant to join a global engineering client based out of Gloucester, gain experience in finance and contribute to our success.  This full-time permanent role offers an excellent salary and benefits, to include a 9-day working fortnight!

You will have full ownership of AP and bank reconciliation, invoice processing, statement reconciliation, and working closely with the purchasing department to own and resolve invoice queries.

During your first few weeks in this Finance Assistant / Accounts role, you can expect to begin work on some of the following:

• Concur Expense administration, including monthly reconciliation against credit card statements and employee query resolution
• Administration and reconciliation of cash advances
• Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end close procedures
