Client Details
A well established organisation based in Brighton seeking a Finance Assistant on an hourly temp basis.
Description
As a Finance Assistant you will be responsible for:
- Accurate and timely processing of supplier bills.
- Support with preparing payment runs, and issuing remittances where required.
- Processing and issuing sales invoices over the busier periods.
- Resolve supplier, client and company queries.
- Support in processing staff expenses and bank card transactions.
- Sending client statements and supporting in credit chasing where required.
- Reconcile supplier bills and client invoices
- Provide adhoc support and assistance to the Finance team as and when required.
Profile
To be successful for the role you will need to have:
- Experience within accounts payable/receivable
- Good excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of accountancy systems
Job Offer
- �12-�14 per hour depending on experience
- Temporary contract
- Hybrid working
