Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor financial transactions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Assist with chasing Hotel debtors.
• Raising purchase orders through our procurement system, Procure Wizard.
• Management of commission claims.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather and verify financial information.
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Handle general administrative tasks related to finance, such as filing and data entry.
• Available to work match days.
• Income Audits, performing daily income audits.
