Full Time 36.5 hours per week Term Time Only plus two weeks
Queensbridge School is looking to recruit a Finance and Facilities Manager with a professional qualification in finance, or a related field. You will have day-to-day responsibility for the efficient and secure administration of the school’s finance reporting to the School Business Manager. You will prepare and monitor the school budgets and forecasts. The successful candidate will work with the School Business Manager with the strategic planning of the school finances to ensure that the school maximises the resources available and secure value for money for resourcing, goods and services it procures. You will also lead on regulatory and financial compliances as well as ensuring tight budgetary controls and reporting are met. You will lead on all matters Health and Safety and will work with the site team to manage the school estate.

About the Role:
work with and support the School Business Manager
prepare and monitor school budgets and forecasts
day to day running of the finance function including managing the Finance Assistant
manage whole school lettings
lead on Health and Safety matters
work with the site team to manage contracts and prepare for site works
oversee contracts
ensure compliance with finance procedures and regulations
