This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation by supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes across our Client Services, Creative, and Engineering departments.Key Responsibilities:Conduct various types of financial analysis, including trend analysis and cost-benefit analysis, to provide actionable insights for decision-making.Prepare monthly commercial financial reports, assisting senior managers in making vital decisions through monthly variance analysis and performance review.Create insightful board packs to clearly present business performance and key trends to stakeholders.Liaise with departmental managers to accurately calculate employee commissions earnings.Assist in developing financial plans, forecasts, and budgets aligned with organisational goals.Provide support to department heads in optimising resource allocation and driving profitability.What We Are Looking For:The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a financial analysis role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Excel, are vital.
