Finance Analyst

About Our Client My client based in Oxford are looking for a Finance Analyst with exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. You will report into the Senior Financial & Planning Manager and be responsible for owning Balance sheet & P&L reporting, preparation of monthly management accounts including accruals & prepayments.
The company have parking on site, offer hybrid working, and salary ranges from £45k - £55k depending on experience.
Job Description Finance Analyst responsibilities: Ownership of Balance sheet & P&L reportingMonthly review of aged debtors and creditorsMaintenance and updating of Fixed Asset Register including monthly depreciation calculationsPreparation of monthly management accounts including accruals & prepaymentsEnsure that revenue is recorded accurately & reported to ensure billing is up to dateEnsure Sales invoices are raisedEnsure refunds are processed on a weekly basis with APProcess payroll journals from external payroll provider & reconcile PAYE controlAssist Senior Manager with the preparation of the cost budgetsEnsure proposed capital spend is approved in line with procedure & budget The Successful Applicant The successful Finance Analyst experience/ skills: Part Qualified CIMA / ACCA or other relevant experienceHighly analytical with excellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to establish and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and external partiesAbility to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detailCompetent using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook What's on Offer Finance Analyst job on offer: Permanent role based in Oxford Parking on siteHybrid working £45k - £55k
