You'll be providing detailed analysis of colleagues’ Travel & Expense queries, SAP Concur processes and looking for system and policy improvements. You'll be working closely with M&S suppliers and internal colleagues, identifying the responsibility of ownership for queries, resolving those within a set timescale that fall under your remit, and attending internal colleague and face-to-face supplier meetings on a pre-arranged basis when required.Whats in it for you Being a part of M&S is exactly that

this includes access to our 24/7 Virtual GP, PAM Assist to support you & your family as well as many other schemes Family friendly policies to support lifes most important milestones including maternity leave, neo-natal What youll do Your key accountabilities will include: SAP Concur Experience Managing and monitoring Concur user profiles including maintaining changes, additions, deactivations, troubleshooting technical user errors, field user questions, setup, and payment inquiries. Technical and functional knowledge on Concur Financial / Expense System. Technical knowledge on Financial System configuration and on how multiple systems integrate, data transfer. Collaborating closely with all internal Business Divisions and vendors to resolve queries and identify any recurring issues. As this is both a supplier and internal colleague facing role, we must ensure we are fully compliant under the Foods GSCOP legislation and ensure payment to terms for all suppliers. Who you are Your skills and experience will include: Good knowledge of systems, primarily SAP Concur Understanding of Travel & Expenses and Accounts Payable processes Strong communication and engagement skills Microsoft package literate
