Location: Siemens Financial Services Ltd. Sefton Park, Bells Hill Stoke Poges SL2 4JS



Contract length: 12 months rolling contract



Work hour: 37.5 hours/week



Pay Rate: �14-16/hour inside IR 35



Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator on behalf of a well known business that specialises in industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare.





Job Purpose



You will play a crucial role to be responsible for one main task, the cancellation, refund and clawback of insurance monies at contract level, following a waive or cancellation of the insurance product by the customer. This involves system work within our CMS system, our ticketing system called Zendesk and other internal systems.�



The role and responsibilities





  • Responsible for the timely processing of the insurance file.




  • Processing includes cancellation, restructuring, refunding customers and preparing clawback information




  • Ensure that records are accurately kept on internal systems to show transparency of activities completed.




  • Working with other departments to resolve issues and queries effectively and efficiently.




  • Assisting with other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Operations Manager







To be considered, here are skills and experience that you need to have:





  • Asset Finance, Insurance, Accounting, or similar background




  • Ideally will have experience in contracts within asset finance with an understanding of their structure.




  • Alfa V5 knowledge desirable�
