Location: New Milton
Hours: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm
The job role
As the Finance Administrator for FirstPort, you will contribute to our vision of being the

property manager by:
Using your strong communication skills when liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
Being customer focused and thrive in working collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment
Main Responsibilities
Entering and reconciling bank and invoice transactions
Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Ensure Purchase Ledger accounts are reconciled to supplier statements.
Maintain an accurate database through the input and update of data
Credit control functions and recording actions including sending arrears letters, taking card payments and liaising with internal staff when proceeding with legal
Deposit administration in line with current legislation
Answering emails and phone call queries
Administrative support to ensure deadlines are met
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Finance function
Skills and Experience
Actively studying towards AAT
Knowledge of Qube PM would be an advantage.
Willing to resolve queries / complaints effectively
Ability to work as part of a team
Analytical
Reliable
