Job Purpose:
To provide efficient and accurate admin support to the finance team and the wider organisation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pay Check Inbox email allocations – to monitor the main Pay Check inbox for incoming payrolls and queries and allocating these to the relevant team folders. These emails will also need to be logged on Microsoft Access. Forwarding the Money Penny telephone messages to the relevant colleagues.
Post – to sort, scan and distribute incoming post. Outgoing post to be arranged as and when required.
Daily Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) reports upload – to output the Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) reports from Microsoft Access, zipping and encrypting them before uploading to the Pay Check Google Drive each morning. Will also need to complete a VLOOKUP to check all clients are present on both the auto-enrolment database (AE DB) and Client Contacts – this task will be defunct once we stop using Access.
Pension admin – to collect the pension files and add the salary (SAL) totals to the upload spreadsheet. Saving the reminder emails in the client input folders for the re-enrolments.
Recording the Re-Dec confirmations from The Pensions Regulator (TPR). There may be scope to assist with pension uploads.
Monitor admin inbox. To monitor the admin inbox and deal with any requests such as updates to contacts and producing copy P60s.
Real Time Information (RTIs). To assist the Associate Ancillary Services Administrator with Real Time Information (RTI) checks and submissions and provide cover when he is away.
Ad Hoc Tasks. To support with any ad hoc tasks as advised at the time.
