Signature Recruitment is delighted to partner with a charity dedicated to enhancing youth facilities, to seek a Finance Administrator to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote working, requiring 8 visits to London annually for essential meetings. As Finance Administrator, you will play a critical role within the finance department, focusing on overseeing and reporting on grantees’ spending. This role reports directly to the Head of Compliance and collaborates closely with a Project Accountant, ensuring all financial activities are accurately recorded and compliant. You will utilise your CRM expertise daily to manage and update financial data, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of expenditures. Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Manage and verify spend evidence from grantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with grant conditions. Maintain precise records in Salesforce CRM, updating financial data and differentiating between capital and revenue expenditures. Generate and present detailed monthly financial reports to senior management, highlighting discrepancies and forecasting issues. Collaborate with the Programme Management Office Manager to provide audit-ready financial summaries. Ensure robust data integrity and compliance across all invoicing and financial reporting.
Finance Administrator Essential Skills:
Proven experience in finance administration, preferably within a construction or grant-funded environment. Strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, with exceptional numerical and analytical skills. Effective communication and customer service abilities, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial reporting.
