My highly reputable Cheltenham based client has an excellent opportunity for a brand new role within their finance team. They are a lovely group of people who play an important role within the wider business. You will be providing administrative support to the team and must have a good eye for detail. We are looking for around 1-2 years’ worth of experience and if you have some experience supporting a finance team, that would be preferable, but otherwise a strong administrative skillset would be great.
Responsibilities will include:
Chasing invoice approvals
Generating monthly client statements
Assisting in raising client bills
Handling credit notes
The ideal candidate will have:
Full UK drivers licence and car owner
1-2 years’ experience within an administrative role
Great attention to detail
Competent in MS Office suite
Pro-active and can-do attitude
