Financial Admin Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity to join a leading global business with impressive expansion plans, who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their Finance team.

Salary: �26,000.00 per year depending upon experience.

Location: Tunbridge Wells - hybrid working post training period (training in office)

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing accurate invoices
  • Ensuring all invoices are raised within agreed timescales.
  • Liaising with other departments across the company
  • Assisting with the Purchase Ledger process
  • Processing expense payments
  • Maintain office filing systems

Experience:

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Relevant experience within a finance role
  • Experience in managing own workload and meeting deadlines

Skills:

  • Sound numerical skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Attention to detail and accurate data entry
