Motor Finance Account Manager / Executive required - Harrogate, North Yorkshire, with Work from Home or Hybrid Working option

First year OTE £45-55,000(uncapped potential to increase year on year) with salary guarantee during training
Monday - Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm. ** NO WEEKENDS **

Information:
We have an opportunity with an Automotive Credit Broker to join the expanding team as an Account Manager / Account Executive. This role would suit a F&I Business Manager or Car Sales Executive who wants to be in control of their own earnings, and have the luxury of a Monday-Friday working week.
This role requires someone extremely pro-active, not afraid of picking up the phone, not shy of prospecting. To begin with, the role is very focused on business development and you'll need to actively seek business to build your database. Usually within 6-9 months, the role becomes much more of an account-management position. You'll take full responsibility for your own area and be responsible for your earnings.
There aren't limits to your customer-base, so you can look to target franchised dealers, independent businesses and even private sales.
This is an office-based role rather than showroom-based, so you'll need to be comfortable with working from a desk and liaising with customers over the phone.
Requirements:

Automotive experience within a Sales Executive or Business Manager / Transaction Manager capacity;
Tenacity, determination & self-motivation;
Strong objection handling & closing skills;
Able to focus on building long-term relationships with prospective clients.

After a training period, you'll have the option for hybrid-working, but you must be able to reliably commute to the office in Harrogate.
This is a commission-based role - the Company will offer financial support during a training period, but you'll need to be financially motivated and hungry to earn. The Account Executive will earn a basic salary of £18K p/a - £50K OTE increasing to 6-digit figures with progression.
