£35,000 to £50,000
Location : Onsite & Remote – New castle, Sheffield, Birmingham, and Liverpool
50% Travel (Newport/ Birmingham/Sheffield/ Liverpool/ Newcastle)
Hours:
08:00 to 17:00

Qualifications Requirements:
Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
Experience: Customer service and quality control/inspection experience beneficial.
Skills: Very good command of spoken and written English.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• On site customer support regarding (Splicing) Machines
• Commissioning/ Decommissioning for all Equipment
• Documentation of Documentation for all Equipment
• Customer training for all equipment
• Technical support (onsite & remote)
Ensure Commissioning / Decommissioning:
clients on optimal workshop arrangements for equipment.
audit information, pre-shipment prep, and packing for decommissioning.
installation and commissioning globally.
Documentation Management:
up-to-date documentation for all DEXTRA equipment.
accessibility of troubleshooting notices for common breakdowns.
Customer Training:
and monitor new operators, maintenance technicians, and supervisors.
training for setting up test samples, splice assembly, and E-ticketing.
Technical Support Level 3:
timely response to E-tickets.
remote or on-site technical assistance.
preventive maintenance Level 3 and advise on local part supplies.
Supervision:
production output and optimize workshop effectiveness.
supervise operations of bars cutting, cold forging, threading, and testing.
compliance with DEXTRA documentation and standardization.
Reporting & Communication:
and convey client queries (E-tickets).
deviations to standard processes to both client and DEXTRA management.
action plans for improving equipment performance.
