Field Service Team Leader (Forklift Trucks)

Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with one of the world's leading Material Handling equipment manufacturers that are looking to recruit a new Field Service Team Leader to oversee the engineers in the field across the St Albans and Chelmsford postcodes. Responsibilities

· Leading the forklift engineers working at the St Albans and Chelmsford postcodes

· Being the point of contact for technical support with customers in the region

· Servicing of forklift trucks and other Material Handling equipment

· Working alongside the Regional Service Manager to ensure the team is functioning well

· Developing an understanding of the manufacturer's products and assisting with new staff further down the line

Requirements

The company have a preference for an individual with experience of leading a team within the forklift industry, however this is not essential. Another option they would consider is a candidate that is currently working as a forklift engineer and has aspirations to step up. They will also consider candidate with a background working within a closely related industry such as plant equipment, automotive, commercial vehicles or similar, provided they have strong leadership experience. In terms of location, you will need to be based within an AT or CM postcode.
