Are you an Engineer from a Plant, Agriculture or Construction machinery background looking for a role that offers a mix of field service, workshop and office-based management, expert training and the chance to significantly increase you earnings through overtime?

In this highly autonomous role you will be operating from an Edinburgh based workshop/office and attending service visits across the central belt. The work will be a roughly even split field and depot, suiting an Engineer who wants to take their first step into a supervisor role or would like to reduce their time on-the-tools. There will be hands on training on company specific tools and equipment as well as people management for those who require it.

This company is a market leading manufacturer and supplier of plant and agricultural equipment in the United Kingdom. They have built a solid reputation over the last 40 years for providing the best quality equipment and have grown consistently since their start and are looking to capitalise on this growth with this recent vacancy.

This role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a Plant, Agricultural or Construction machinery background looking to step into a supervisory role at a company providing ample optional overtime and training.

The Role:

• Even mix of Field and Office/Workshop based work
• Delegating work to the Service Team
• Mentor apprentice engineers
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 39 hours
• Overtime paid at 1.5x for the first 4 hours and 2x after this

The Person:

• Workshop, Service Engineer or similar
• Plant or Agricultural background
